Our Misson
I have always had the firm belief that it is better for my clients to get in touch with me when it is too early, rather than too late. Working as in-house counsel has provided me with the opportunity to see the value in this belief. However, I realize that for the majority of start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, the cost of in-house legal counsel would be prohibitive to their growth. For this reason, I set out to create a practice that could take the place of in-house counsel for entrepreneurs who want to grow their business efficiently, effectively and safely, without incurring an excessive legal bill. I am here for you. Whether you are looking for legal services and advice, to provide you with a referral for another practice area, or even just to chat about what is currently going on with your business. It is a true joy watching my client’s businesses grow, and I hope you will allow me to join you on your journey.
About
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, I graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, and began my career articling at a leading corporate boutique law firm in Vancouver. Subsequently, I practiced at a corporate firm specializing in servicing small businesses and entrepreneurs, following which I accepted an in-house position with a VC backed eCommerce start-up. I currently split my practice between my in-house position, and acting for select clients in a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters. I have always enjoyed the personal side of law, with a concentrated focus on helping small businesses achieve their goals. Outside of work I can be found staying active and enjoying the outdoors.
